Painted Ponies     1/15/10

We  have  been notified that Effective January 1, 2010, the manufacturing and national marketing of the ‘The Trail of the Painted Ponies’ will be moved from Westland Giftware to Enesco Corp.

As of December 31, 2009, the remaining inventory of Westland was moved to Enesco and during the first quarter of 2010, Enesco has determined which of the current Ponies will continue to be produced and which ones will be retired.  The retired ponies still available are shown on our web pages.  Also, Enesco will be shipping the  new releases for the 1^st half of 2010 for delivery around April 1, 2010.  Two new series, a Rearing Pony series and a Celebrity Series will be introduced during the first release of 2010.  The first Celebrity Pony will be one that was painted by actor Tony Curtis.  We feel that Enesco will continue the high quality and the unique designs that has made ‘The Trail of the Painted Ponies’ such successful gift and collectible figurines. Horse of a Different Color   1/15/10

Westland Giftware made the first shipment of the ‘Horse of a Different Color’ line of figurines. TEach horse in the ‘Horse of a Different Color’ collection will be strictly limited to a single edition of 10,000 pieces.  An attractive Limited Edition coin will be embedded on top of the base with name and number of the Horse engraved to prevent doctoring of the limited edition numbers. These will also be of the same quality and uniqueness as the Painted Ponies and may be viewed at Horse of a Different Color
